To keep you guessing, our workout sessions change every single day - but will be based on the following styles:

🌟 Resistance Bands 

No one will be left on a circuit station - we work as a team and leave FIZZING with energy. 

Minimal shared equipment, please bring your own mat, towel and water. Social distance when possible and follow COVID-19 guidelines.
