No matter your age or stage this class caters for ALL! 
To keep you guessing these sessions change every single day - but will be based on the following styles: 

🌟 HIIT or tabata
🌟 Full Body Conditioning or Strength
🌟 Abs Butts Thighs
🌟 Boxing /kickboxing inspired 
🌟 Sculpt 
🌟 Kettlebells 
🌟 Resistance Bands 

No one will be left on a circuit station - we work as a team and leave FIZZING with energy. 

Minimal shared equipment, please bring your own mat, towel and water. Social distance when possible and follow COVID-19 guidelines.
